Our Story
The Treatery started with a simple idea: a neighborhood spot where the coffee is as thoughtful as the cocktails, and where every person who walks through the door feels like they belong.
We opened our doors on South Mason Street in Carrollton with one goal — to build a place that reflects the warmth and character of this community. By day, we pull espresso and bake bread. By night, we shake cocktails and pour local beer. The energy changes, but the intention stays the same.
Everything we serve is made or sourced with care. Our beans are roasted locally, our spirits are mixed from scratch, and our pastries come out of the oven before sunrise. But the best ingredient is the people who fill this space.
